Stanley Yellowbird is survived by his loving family; sons, Troy and Stan Nepoose, Jay Bearhead “Roque,” Stephan Rowan, Ricky Yellowhorse, Emil Yellowhorse, and John Quinney; daughter, Tammy Rowan; sisters, Mary Rain, Shirley Yellowbird, Marianne Yellowbird; brother, Bobby Stewart; friend, Maryrose Johnson, and the adopted Stewart family; as well as numerous grandchildren, neices, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Stanley was predeceased by parents, Mary Yellowbird and Joseph Spence; brothers, Emil Spence, Apps Yellowbird and Jim Yellowbird; sister, Doris Yellowbird; mothers of his children, Carlene Nepoose, Amelia Johnson “Bearhead,” and Sylvia Yellowhorse; maternal grandparents, Frank and Isabelle Yellowbird (nee Potts); children, Lance Nepoose, Tyrone Yellowhorse, Scot “Speedy” Yellowhorse, Pollyann Yellowhorse.
