Sharon Mae (McNabb) Dakin passed away peacefully on Thursday, 31 October 2019 in Wetaskiwin, AB. She was born on 21 July 1947 to Ron and Freda (Cherniak) McNabb in Kindersley, SK. She is survived by her son Eugene (Kathryn) Dakin; daughter Karen Hansen; grandchildren Amber Knull, James Dakin, Sarah Dakin, Kristopher Pawloske, Austin (Mackenzie) Hansen, Ruben Hansen, and great granddaughter Lauren Knull. Sister Sheila (Evan) Thomas, brother Kevin McNabb, sister-in-law Charlene McNabb and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. She was predeceased by her parents; brother Keith McNabb; and husband Al Dakin.

A private ceremony is being held in her honour.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to an animal rescue agency of your choice.
