Sandra Fay Kowalchuk was born on September 24, 1944 in Berwyn, Alberta and passed away on October 14, 2019 in Ponoka, Alberta at the age of 75 years.

Sandra loved spending time with her family, reading, shopping, listening to music, cleaning, traveling, and watching the new baby animals play in the spring.

Sandra is lovingly remembered by her four children Sylvia (Bruce), Danny, Gary, and Trevor (Mariela); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations are gratefully accepted to Pregnancy Pathways, Edmonton, Alberta.

No formal Funeral Service is being held.
