Roy Carrick Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved dad, grandpa and great grandpa, Grant Carrick.
He passed away peacefully on March 1, 2018 at the Ponoka General Hospital at the age of 91 years.
He leaves behind his loving children Garnet (Barb), Deborah, and Rod (Brenda); his nine grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Grant worked for the County of Ponoka for many years and made many life long friends. Grant had passions for ice fishing, dancing, coaching many sports throughout his lifetime, as well as being a great spectator for his children and grandchildren.
Grant's wishes were to be cremated with no service.
The family is grateful to the nurses and doctors at the Ponoka General Hospital for their devoted care of our father.
