Norma Elaine Henke

NORMA ELAINE HENKE
May 6, 1943 - December 26, 2018

Norma was born on May 6, 1943 to parents Herman and Annie Henke.  She entered into rest on December 26, 2018 at the Grey Nuns Hospital in Edmonton.
Norma is survived by her children, Sandra (James) Pothegadoo of Claresholm, Brad Henke of Falun; grandchildren, Kaden, Kieran, Gavin; brother, Donnie (Diane) Henke of Ponoka; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her son, Ryan; parents, Herman and Annie; brothers, Harry and Reuben.
Norma was a kind and compassionate woman that was always willing to help out.  She thoroughly enjoyed her yearly volunteer duties during the Ponoka Stampede and took great pride in keeping her home very tidy. 
Graveside Service:  Forest Home Cemetery in Ponoka on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Rick Williams officiating.
In memory of Norma, donations are gratefully accepted to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Crossroads Ministry, to which she was a faithful and regular contributor.
