Nora Velma (Currie) Wolfe

On September 13, 2018 Nora Wolfe passed away at the Ponoka Hospital and Care Centre at the age of 79 years.

She is survived by her children: Sandra, Chris, Angela, Beverly; her grandchildren: Tessa, Torrie, Keli, Amber, Max, Shelby, Kristie Lee, Tony, Elliott, Kyle, Magnus, Rochelle, Catlin; her great-grandchildren: Prema Chanel, Axton, Kaeden, Tealyn, Elise, Alexa, Ellayha, Averie, Elias, Amelia, Eliza, Jake, Toni & family, Teige, Liza, Logan, Layla, Brooklyn, Ava, Suzy, Ashton, and Aubrey; and her siblings: Betty Currie and Dolphys Dennehy.

Nora loved her extended family greatly, we would like to extend gratitude to Darrel Currie & family, Alice Currie & family, and Shirley Mae Ermineskin, 

Adopted family: Laura Klaffs, Cashton & Bella Morrisseau. 

Special friends: Kim Kraft, Phyllis Shewchuk, Vicky English,  “Lodge Hippie” Freda Jess, Donna Johnson, Tom & Ironhorse Staff and Tom’s family.

Nora was loved & survived by many extended family members, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and very many friends over the years.

Nora was predeceased by her: Parents, Sam & Victoria Currie; her siblings: Beatrice Currie, Cecil Currie and Gordon Currie; her children: Myles Wolfe, Dale Wolfe, Prema Wolfe, Nadine Wolfe, and Ralph.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Ponoka Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 17, 2018 with the Interment Service following at the Ermineskin Cemetery in Maskwacis.
