Mervyn Charles Arnold

Mervyn Charles Arnold passed from death to life on May 14, 2019. He is survived by
his loving wife of 60 years, Lorraine; children, Mark (Christy), Murray (Ellen), Jon
(Debbie), and Kerry (Kris) Bremec; grandchildren, Julie, Josh, Jon, Bud, Jason, Emma,
Ross, and Janelle; great-grandchildren, Brian, Luke, Laura, and Owen; brothers, Bill
(Sylvia) and Dave (Arlene); and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was
predeceased by his parents, Elmer and Frieda; brother, Clifford and sister, Janet Perry.
Merv was kind and gentle. He was a family man of solid faith and exemplary character,
actively involved in his church and community. Loved by all who knew him, Merv will be
deeply missed.
An Evening Visitation will be held on Friday May 17, 2019 at 7:00 pm at Baker Funeral Chapel in Wetaskiwin. A Funeral Service will be held at the Wetaskiwin Mission Church on Saturday May 18, 2019 at 2:00 pm. Should friends desire, donations to the Wetaskiwin Mission Church, Alberta Cancer Foundation, or charity of your choice would be appreciated.
