MARTHA CLARA GULDBRANDSEN (nee Meier)

​March 27, 1927 - October 28, 2017

Martha Clara Guldbrandsen (Meier) born in Medicine Hat, Alberta on March 27, 1927, passed away suddenly at the Royal Alexandra Hospital.

She was predeceased by her father Elias, her mother Otellie, her husband Willy, her son Eli, her daughter Mable, her grandson Stephen, sister Dorothy, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She leaves to mourn Margaret, Linda, Donna (Richard), Dale (Debbie), Dwayne (Ellen), 22 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, many friends and relatives.

A very special thanks to the staff of Dickensfield Extended Care. The staff were very loving, attentive and understanding towards Martha who was a resident there for two years. She was very well liked by everyone. A million thanks again for taking that special care of our mother, Martha.  We would also like to thank our cousin, Reverend Jason Johnson for officiating, the Royal Purple Ladies for providing the lunch and to everyone who helped make this a very special day for all of us.

Funeral services are going to be held in the Breton Community Hall on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Visitation is from 12:00-1:00. Interment held at Breton Cemetery.
