With broken hearts and treasured memories, the family of Madison Stephan announce her sudden passing, as a result of a motor vehicle accident, on July 5, 2019.
Madison will forever be remembered by her loving family; parents, Troy and Shannon Stephan; brothers, Tylen, Keiran and Caeden; soul mate and love of her life, Hayden Boyle; Hayden’s parents, Michaela Crawford and Ken Boyle; grandparents, Nancy Partain, Jim Partain, Heather and Michael Klause, and Edward Stephan; uncle and aunt, Codie and Allie Stephan and cousins, Chelsea, Taylor, Gage; aunt and uncle, Kendra and Chris Hardy and cousins, Kale and McKenna; aunt and uncle, Kasey and Serge Charlebois and cousins, Xavier and Theo; uncle and aunt, Shane and Louisa Partain and cousins, Lindsay, Ally and Holden; uncle and aunt, Dean and Stephanie Partain and cousins, Tre, Graysen, MaKenna and Gunnar; aunt, Kaylea Evers and cousins, Blaikley and Harper; honorary uncle Peter and aunt Emily of New Zealand as well as numerous extended family members and many friends.
Madison was predeceased by her cousin, Lukas Rule and other loved relatives who have gone on before her.
A service honouring Madison’s life will be held at the Calvary Baptist Church, 4910 Northmount Drive, Wetaskiwin on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Madison’s memory are gratefully accepted to The Boys and Girls Club of Wetaskiwin or to the Canadian Mental Health Association - Alberta Division.
