Jack Hyland

Jack was born on August 3, 1923  to parents Bernice and Edward Hyland. He entered into rest on November 2, 2019 in Red Deer, Alberta at the age of 96 years.

Jack is lovingly remembered by his wife Isobel; her children Jean and Nelson, and their families; Jack’s children Mel, Wilf, Collette, and son-in-law George, and their families; his brothers Jesse and Keith, and sister Lorna, and their spouses and families. He was predeceased by his daughter Bernice, and many family members.

A Celebration of Jack’s life will be held on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Ponoka Branch #66. A light lunch and refreshments will follow the Celebration Service.

Donations are gratefully accepted to the Canadian Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame, the Royal Canadian Legion, Ponoka Branch #66, or to any charity of your choice.
