On November 8, 2017 Hazel Osborne passed away at the age of 100 years.
Hazel is survived by her loving nieces, Esther Schnell, Bonnie Brown and Beverly Nichols as well as numerous great nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Hazel was predeceased by her husband, Maurice; parents, Ludwig and Bertha Jahns; siblings, Elsie Henke, Walter Jahns, Lydia Donnelly and Annette Anson.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the “West Side” care staff at the Long Term Care in the Wetaskiwin Hospital and to Dr. Jeffery for her compassionate care over the years.
Respecting Hazel’s wishes, a private service will be held and interment will take place at the Wetaskiwin (Old) Cemetery.
In Hazel’s memory, donations are gratefully accepted to the Wetaskiwin Health Foundation (Long Term Care).
