Gordon Archie Taylor

Gordon Taylor passed away in Ponoka on November 4, 2019 at the age of 93 years.

Gordon is survived by his life partner and wife of 70 years, Irene Taylor; his daughter Stephanie (Arnold) Kluin, granddaughter Mandy (Tom), granddaughter Tyrrena (Darcy) and great-granddaughter Olivia, grandson Tyson (Jenn) and great-grandson Lincoln and step-great-grandchildren Emma, Rain, Dathen, and Micah; his son Josef (Kim) Taylor and grandchildren Scott and Kelsey (Bryan); his son Mikel (Karen) Taylor and grandsons Brandon (Jessica) and Mitchell; honorary family members Yvonne and Breanna Barhoff; as well as numerous close family members and friends.

Gordon was predeceased by his parents Archie & Ruby Taylor; stillborn sister Christina; brother Melvin; sister Sylvia; and great-grandson Finn.

A Private Family Service is being held at this time and a Public Service to Celebrate Gordon's Life will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Dakota Cemetery Fund or the Dakota Community Historical Society (Dakota Hall).

Gordon is being laid to rest in the family plot at the Dakota Cemetery.
