Edward (Ted) Thomas Lidgett

It with sad and heavy hearts the family of Ted Lidgett announces his passing on November 2, 2018 at the age of 74 after a short but courageous battle with liver cancer. He is survived by his loving family: sister, Rose; brother, Ernie (Donna); nieces, Sherrie (Ray), Debbie (Doug) and Patti (Gord); nephews David, Robbie (Alana) and special nephew Danny; aunt, Myrtle (Evans); 9 great nieces and nephews; twelve great-great nieces and nephews; cousins and many friends. Ted was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Marion; brother-in-law Jim; and great-great niece Zaynub. Ted loved his family and showed thoughtfulness and immense kindness to his nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. A celebration of Ted’s life will be held on Tuesday, November 13, at 1:00 p.m. from Baker Funeral Chapel, 5302-50 Ave, Wetaskiwin, with inurnment to follow.
