Carmen Quinteros
February 13, 1933 - June 26, 2019
Carmen Quinteros was born in El Salvador on February 12, 1933. She married Carlos Quinteros in 1955 and together they raised their eight children - four boys and four girls. She dedicated her life to her family and stayed home to her kids and made a warm and welcoming home for all. She immigrated with her husband to the U.S.A on July 4, 1980. She lived in San Jacinto and worked alongside many friends and family at a restaurant called Lynchburg where they share many beautiful memories together. It wasn’t until 1988 where she and her husband decided to settle in Canada with two of her children and many grandchildren. Her greatest pride is her family as she has over 40 grandchildren as well as many great-grandchildren. Because of her large family, she had the opportunity to travel around the United States as well as back to El Salvador multiple times a year to visit.
She is remembered by Ramon Tamayo (Hortensia), Ana Chavez (Salvador), Elba Castelar, Silvia Acosta (Efrain), Mario Quinteros (Emerita), Connie Quinteros and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grand children.
Carmen is predeceased by her husband Carlos Santana Quinteros, and her two sons Carlos Alberto Quinteros and Nelson Mauricio Quinteros.
