Alexander Moroz

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Alexander Moroz on Monday, August 12, 2019 at the age of 96 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his sons, David (Denise), and Douglas (Laural); grandchildren, Leah (Blair), Tracy, Neal, Tyler (Veronica); great granddaughter, Kirra; brother, Walter; step-children, Sheila (Alan), (Janine); step-grandchildren, Jasmine (Nicolette), William (Kate), Alison (Les); and many nieces and nephews.

Al was predeceased by his first wife, Noreen; second wife, Olga; brother, Joe; sisters, Mary, Sophie, and Jeanette; step-son, David.

Al resided in Wetaskiwin for 60 years. He loved to fish, camp and share his railway knowledge and experiences. He will be missed by relatives and friends.

Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful, devoted staff at Wetaskiwin Hospital for making Al’s final days comfortable.
