Cindy Schmaltz Obituary

On April 3, 2024 Cindy Lee Schmaltz of Ponoka passed away suddenly at the age of 50 years.

Cindy is lovingly remembered by her husband Don Vivian; her son Logan; her mother Marva Schmaltz; her brother Colin (Heather) Schmaltz; her sister-in-law Tina (Keith) McCormick; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Keith Schmaltz.

Cindy’s biggest life-long love was her Dachshund dogs. Cindy was quirky and always looked forward to new endeavors. These included things like Tupperware, Stamps, anything Jeep, and camping. She loved and enjoyed life even though her health issues created many challenges.

Cremation has taken place and there will not be a formal funeral service. Cindy will be laid to rest with her dad at the Beiseker Cemetery. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or any local animal shelter.
