FORTH, Ruth Marie

August 15, 1930 ~ September 20, 2015

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Ruth Marie Forth at the age of 85 years.

Ruth is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Edwin Forth; son, Barry (Bev) Forth; daughter, Angie (Clinton) Coyne; son, Lonnie (Louise) Forth; grandchildren, Corry Coyne (Darren Looy), Michele (Cam) Overacker, Holly (George) Hetzner, Matthew (Carmen) Forth, Jason (Holly) Forth; great grandchildren, Chris Cowan, Taylor Overacker, Ryley Overacker, Katie Cowan, Gavin Hetzner, Kaiden Overacker, Kylen Hetzner; sister, Frieda Day; sisters-in-law, Erna Tabler and Edna Tabler; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Ruth was predeceased by her infant grandsons, Trevor Allen Forth and Robert Edwin Coyne; parents, Fred & Marie Tabler; siblings and spouses, Elsie (Ludwig) Breitkreutz, Bill (Alma) Tabler, Ida (Adolph) Stephan, Ferd Tabler, Martha (John) Janzen, Albert Tabler, Gus (Eleanor) Tabler, Ivan Day, Helen (Reino) Havanka.

Funeral Service: Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Grace Lutheran Church 4218 56 Avenue - Wetaskiwin, Alberta at 2:00 p.m.

Donations gratefully accepted to the Wetaskiwin Health Foundation - Palliative Care 6910 47 Street Wetaskiwin, Alberta T9A 3N3.

Ruth’s family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Hendriks, Dr. van der Walt and the staff of Wetaskiwin Long Term Care for the exceptional care provided to her.

In lieu of thank you cards, Ruth’s family will be making a donation to the Wetaskiwin Hospital Palliative Care.
