We are so sorry for your devastating loss. Rhea spent five years working in Ashoro, Hokkaido, Japan. She was a very capable ambassador for Wetaskiwin, Alberta, and Canada, and leaves a grieving community of close friends in Ashoro. We send our deepest condolences to Rhea's husband and daughters, and all her family. Our hearts ache for each of you. May you each be granted strength and comfort in the tough days ahead.
