Raymond was born in Wetaskiwin on May 17, 1945 to parents, Henry & Julia Norby. He entered into rest on September 19, 2016 on his beloved farm.

Raymond is survived by his children, Brad (Lisa) of Falun and Sandra (James) of Claresholm; five grandchildren, Gavin, Mason, Kaden, Kieran, Conor; sisters, Rose and Mary Jane; nephews, Raymond and Allen; nieces, Carol and Patricia.

Raymond was a warm, friendly and likeable man that will be dearly missed by friends and family. He enjoyed his life through laughter, playing guitar, spending time outdoors, gardening or helping others. He was very caring towards his three dogs, Cougar, Muckaluck and Sandy

Raymond was predeceased by his parents, Henry & Julia; son, Ryan and sister, Ruth.
