Phyllis Ann Marie Renes

On November 17, 2015 Phyllis Renes of Wetaskiwin passed away at the age of 78 years.

Phyllis is lovingly remembered by her cherished family; children, Suzette (Dennis) Hawkes, Christine (Tim) Olson, Geniene (Blue) Lightning, Blair (Michelle) Renes; grandchildren, Blake (Krisie) Hawkes, Cody (Meagan) Hawkes, Kyle (Melissa) Gallaugher, Amanda Gallaugher, Lane, Austin and Tyler Lightning, Dakota and Mackenzie Renes; great-grandchildren, Terrany, Diesel, Madden and Easton; brother-in-law, Ray Bolton; sister-in-law, Marion Fournier as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Phyllis was predeceased by her husband, Vernon Renes (January 18, 2000); sisters, Linda and Jeanne; brother, Aime and parents, Aurelie and Paul Fournier.

Respecting Phyllis’ wishes, no formal service will be held. A family interment service will take place at the Wetaskiwin Memorial Cemetery.

In Phyllis’ memory, donations are requested to be given directly to the family, for a charity of their choosing.
