Phyllis passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on November 11, 2015 at the age of 58.
She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Frank; son, Darrel (Brytton); daughter, Crista (Kyle Simon); sisters, Jo-Anne (Tyler), Maxine (Lloyd); brother, Byron (Angie); grandchildren, Taylor, Tessa, Jessa, Jacob, J-Lea and Willow; extended family, Mason, Wesley, Christine, Christian, Haily and Dustin; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Phyllis was predeceased by her mother, Myrtle; father, Harvey Lennox and step-father, Rune Stahl.
Memorial Service: Friday, November 20, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Chapel, Wetaskiwin
