Mathew passed away suddenly on April 9, 2017 in Leduc County at the age of 29.
He is survived by his parents, Crystal & Jeff; brothers, Stephen and Daniel; grandparents, Linda & Gordon Shain, Bob & Karen Lorenz; aunts and uncles, Andrew Lorenz, Rob & Pam Kovacs, Susi Groh, Barb Bascombe, Michael Shain (Sue Kuhn), Timothy Shain (Maria Koeble), Deona Johnson; cousins, Robert Jr., Tyler, Xavier, Nathaniel, Eric, Cole, Darren, Jay & Jennifer, Patrick, Aiden, Lisa, John, Nicholas; great grandfather, James Hine as well as numerous family and friends.
Mathew was predeceased by his grandparents, Joe & Alice Kovacs; uncle, Brian Kovacs; great grandmother, Eveline Chiles-Hine; great grandparents, Norma & Ted Lother.
