Mary Elizabeth (Kreklewetz) Djkowich

On April 26, 2017 Mrs. Mary Djkowich passed away at the Lacombe Hospital and Care Centre at the age of 92 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son Mel (Birthe) Djkowich of St. Albert, grandson Torben (Julie, Thomas & Mary) and granddaughter Tina Jeske (Tim, Emily & Noah); daughter Lorraine Reeves (Tony) and grandchildren Niki and Ryan; her sisters Margaret, Natalie (Metro), and Evelyn (Metro); sister-in-law Virginia; as well as many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Thomas (1991), parents John & Frances Kreklewetz, brothers Edward, Bernie, and John; her sister Ann; two infant siblings; brothers-in-law Stanley, Paul, Victor and Russ; sisters-in-law Kay, Winona, Mary and Roseanna; and nephews Nolan, Ben, Ricky and Orest.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Ponoka Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 2, 2017.

Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta.
