Frieda will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Walter; children, Norman (Norma Jeanne) of Canmore, Ronald (Laurie) of Wetaskiwin, Kenneth (Dawn) of Warner, Louise (Ken) of Grand Prairie, Eldon (Annicka) of Bittern Lake, Marvin (Marilyn) of Wetaskiwin; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Emil (Irene) Rausch, Alfred (Doreen) Rausch, Wally (Lea) Rausch; sisters, Ella (Ken) Gascon of Ponoka, Erma Gartner of Wetaskiwin, Martha Ackerman of Ponoka, Hilda Woitt of Ponoka; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Frieda was predeceased by her parents, August and Katharina Rausch; brothers, Otto, Larry and Fred; sister, Christine Gronvall.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, Wetaskiwin
Interment will take place at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in the spring.
In Frieda’s memory, donations are gratefully accepted to the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Wetaskiwin, or to the Canadian Lutheran World Relief.
