Dear Family, Frank was such a special man with his sense of humor, twinkle in his eye who always made me feel special. I was honored to know both Dorothy and Frank in my Life's Journey. Remembering both of them in my prayers. I treasure the memories I have. May he rest in peace surrounded by God's Love. I regret that I'm unable to attend his services.
