It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Adam Bogaerts at the U of A Hospital in Edmonton on Monday, August 3, 2015.

Adam was predeceased by his grandfather, Don Burgoyne (February 2012) and uncle, Sean Burgoyne (December 2012)　

Adam is survived by his loving Partner, Vanessa King and son, Rixton Bogaerts; mother, Sherry Bogaerts; father, Pierre Bogaerts; grandmother, Louise Burgoyne; aunt, Rhonda Otte(Ron); many great aunts and uncles and cousins; Adam's surrogate father, Keith Lonsdale and all of his surrogate (brothers) and family in Wetaskiwin, AB.

Memorial Service: Baker Funeral Chapel, 5302-50 Avenue, on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
